SNODHIVE may process personal and professional information provided through Matching Profiles, communications and ecosystem participation, including:

- role and organisation;
- information contained in a Matching Profile;
- professional, commercial, strategic and opportunity-related interests or criteria
- membership and administrative information;
- communications with SNODHIVE;
- technical information generated through the use of SNODHIVE's website and forms.

Participants should not submit special-category personal data, confidential information, trade secrets or other undisclosed sensitive content that they are not authorised to provide.

Required information is necessary to evaluate and operate the relevant Profile or service. Any information identified as optional may be provided voluntarily.

SNODHIVE may process personal data to:

- receive, evaluate and manage Matching Profiles;
- operate the SNODHIVE ecosystem;
- perform Profile-based matching;
- identify and deliver potentially relevant opportunities;
- manage Ecosystem Memberships and communications;
- facilitate relevant introductions where appropriate;
- operate and improve SNODHIVE's services, processes and internal tools;
- produce aggregated and anonymized statistics, insights and analytical resources.

Personal data are processed where necessary to provide SNODHIVE services, operate and develop the ecosystem, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Personal data and Profile information may be shared, where reasonably necessary, with:

- potential counterparties in connection with relevant opportunities;
- technology and service providers supporting SNODHIVE;
- professional advisers;

SNODHIVE seeks to limit disclosure to information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

Because SNODHIVE operates internationally, personal data may be shared outside the European Economic Area where permitted under applicable data protection law.

SNODHIVE does not sell identifiable personal data contained in Matching Profiles.

SNODHIVE may also develop aggregated and anonymized statistics, ecosystem insights, market intelligence, analytical resources and commercial data products.

Such outputs will not identify, or reasonably permit the identification or re-identification of, individual participants or natural persons.

SNODHIVE retains personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction or deletion of their personal data.

 

This Privacy Policy may be made available in different languages. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between translations, the English version shall prevail.
